What makes your glassware sustainable?
Our products are made from recycled or repurposed glass and crafted in small batches by artisans. Packaging includes post-consumer recycled content whenever possible. We believe beauty and sustainability should coexist — without compromise.


Where are your products made?
Our current collection is handmade in Mexico, using locally sourced recycled glass. We only work with ethical suppliers that align with our values.


Is your glassware dishwasher safe?
We recommend hand washing to preserve the finish and extend the life of your glassware.


Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States. International shipping may be available in the future.


How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on orders over $50. For orders under $50, a flat shipping fee applies and will be calculated at checkout.


Do you offer gift wrapping or custom packaging?
Not yet — but it’s something we’re exploring. If you’d like us to include a gift note, e-mail us at support@greenglassgoods.com.


What’s your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.


Can I donate at checkout?
Yes! You’ll have the option to round up your total at checkout to support a rotating list of humanitarian and sustainability-focused nonprofits. We match every donation and distribute them monthly.
